Thumbs up for always answering their phone. Thumbs down for not calling me back with any information I request, I always had to call them. Thumbs up for getting the car picked up and delivered. Thumbs down for saying the car would be picked up on a Friday and delivered on Sunday then getting it picked up on Sunday and delivered on Monday. Thumbs up for issuing me a refund for the extra cost they had to pay to reschedule a shipper. Overall, good service.
