Mario and his company were amazing. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. He took great care of each item, being careful to individually wrap everything before moving them. He was an extremely hard worker, and we could tell that he had been doing this for a long time. His experience really showed and was very appreciated. I can't imagine a better moving experience. All of my items were delivered without damage and in great shape!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was unable to come at the agreed-upon date on the bid. Our bid had the following listed: "Service Provider will pick up shipment between 6/8/2017 and 6/10/2017. Service Provider will deliver shipment between 6/24/2017 and 6/26/2017." The provider only was available to pick up 1 week prior 6/4, which we found out the day prior 6/3.
