I adore JoAnn and we love Kai. What an honor to transport this amazing and heroic dog! We will forever consider him as part of our extended family. We wish them the absolute very best and will be here if they are ever in need. On the business end I really hope Kai never has to be away from his mama again. They have a bond most people wish for in a pet but can never find. I really do hope they have many blessings ahead.

I cannot begin to find the appropriate words about my experience but I will try. This has been more than amazing! Before she even picked up Kai excellent communication. When he was with this wonderful family I knew everything that was going on especially when they were caught in a snow storm. I definitely will use them again as Malachi has bonded with his new human aunts and cousins. I highly recommend them to anyone needing someone who cares about your pet as much as you do.
