I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

was a good transaction initially until client became hostile accusing us of damaging his bike but we have pics at time of loading proving that seller had sold him a damaged bike. Dont believe that this client would be pleased if it was gift wrapped tied with a bow and done for free. Totally unreasonable and looking to hang somebody for the bad deal he made on E-bay. Shipping service providers beware!!!!

These are total amateurs.They said my bike was in a closed container - was open, said Wednesday delivery and it arrived over a week later. Said the shipment was insured - it wasn't. Said they would stay in contact throughout the trip and they never pick up the cell phone. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you don't care about your time or your goods.

Very unhappy with the performance of this company. They agreed to deliver the bike in a covered container and it came in an open trailer. They said that it was going to arrive within two particular dates and they delivered a week later. Every time I asked for a clarification, they said that they "only" charged me $500 and other shipments were worth more. I had two other quotes for $500 but took them since they said it would be delivered sooner. Impossible to contact! Will NEVER use them again!

IWe have tried to email photos of the bike at pick up which shows all the damage was already there but mailbox is full so they get sent back. We stated that we drove a covered pick up with a flatbed trailer along with a boat coming to California which you stated was ok since it had damage already. We kept in contact with you on our trip where we had cell coverage and told you of our other shipment deadline due to the person flying in from Austrailia. I warn anyone from dealing with you.
