I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I accepted bid on 10/28 and did not hear from service provider at all for two days. We were in contact on U-ship messenger minutes prior, so I know they are aware that the bid was accepted. On 10/30, I called and left a voicemail in the morning and followed up with an email in the afternoon. Today, 10/31 at 2:00 pm, I still have not heard anything at all from the service provider. It is three days since I accepted the bid, today is the first day of the pickup window and none of the shipment deta

Ed was awesome to work with and did an amazing job transporting my dog and cat from Illinois to California. Pickup and delivery were right on time. He got them there in four days and emailed me updates on how they were doing every night. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a pet transported!

I was told the car would be picked up between Monday, November 16th and Friday, November 20th. Not only has it not been picked up, no one from the company has contacted me at all since signing my contract the day after booking, despite multiple requests. On November 17th I hadn't heard from anyone, so I sent an email requesting an update. I received an email back that dispatch would call me the next morning.
