There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipment was suppose to be 4500 as I told her that was my price for both shipments she wanted to combine together. I wasn't aware it was 2 different pickup locations as well until she booked and emailed me. I'm not comfortable doing this shipment.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Literally was 30 mins away from pickup before customer decided to cancel had been in contact with customer the whole time drove 660 miles to get there explaining about traffic and weather conditions. We never agreed on a time just the date. Would tell carriers beware . Don’t lose a lot of money carrying for this shipper.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No phone contact for pickup, only email conversation. Requested a lift gate, shipper informed us 1 day before pickup that lift gate is broken. Was first told would arrive at 12:30pm for pickup, then at 2pm emailed they we still another hour away.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I asked them a question about delivering after 3/3/22 and shipper said they would accommodate the request, so we booked. Now we are receiving a cancellation and we have to start the process all over again. Not pleased.
