Brian was fantastic. He arrived promptly for pickup. He shrink wrapped everything, then added protective padding and taped it securely. I was very impressed. I commented to the storage unit manager that he was shrink wrapping everything, and she said "that's the way it is suppose to done". Well that is not the way the movers moved it from Pittsburgh. Brian delivered it to Richmond promptly. All parts of this moved were EXCELLENT!
