Inventory listed was 25% of actual load destination listed 2 stories, actually 3 stories, asked me to damage tv so they could claim insurance, listed 45 boxes, actual box count over one hundred. Added their business inventory to the household items. Would not do business with again. Asked me to help them commit insurance fraud. Everything was strapped in and covered and arrived the same way. Moved for less than the price of a truck rental very hard to work with. F-

Had some delays on both ends which were communicated effectively. Otherwise pleasant and extremely helpful. Very fragile cargo arrived safe and sound. Very pleased!

Needed someone to move my mini pig while I moved the rest of our house across the country. They picked him up and were pleasant and cheerful. I got continued updated throughout. Had some delays and inclement weather, but they remained forthcoming and communicative while we adjusted schedules. Hickory arrived home safe and sound and well fed. In all the stress of a huge move they made me perfectly comfortable with Hickorys safety and happiness. I could not be more pleased.

Nearly impossible to get in touch with, pickup was delayed 7 times with no warning. Delivery was 3 days late into bad weather. Trailer was poorly covered so all items got wet. Nearly every pc of furniture is damaged, broken, or destroyed. Heavy boxes stacked on "FRAGILE" boxes. Several boxes missing entirely, I expect they fell off along the way. Far from white glove service was told it would be. My kids and I slept on air mattresses for 3 days to get major disappointment. Stick to junkers.
