I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Truck driveshaft u joints snapped in the front while driving. Rear end on truck is ruined. I don’t have a vehicle to accommodate this shipment any longer.

Unfortunately the driver was in an accident and everything was delayed, but he did not communicate with updates and didn't respond to calls, texts or email. He finally delivered the item and then responded to the email request for an update. If he would have been proactive with status, we could have kept our customer informed.
