The item dimensions were listed wrong. The equipment dealer measured wrong and this shipper was innocent. I am not able to move this machine because of the size discrepancy, but I was able to arrange for another carrier to move it. Shipper was very considerate throughout the whole ordeal. Thanks!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He contacted me immediately after it was booked which I appreciated. He wasn't able to give me a specific time frame but could give me a day which I was ok with. I never heard back from him until I got a notice from Uship saying he had cancelled the shipment. He gave me no heads up and now I'm In a bad position because I was counting on him to have my item moved today! This doesn't only affect me but also the people I was getting the item from. Very frustrating and disappointing!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did not show up the evening he was scheduled to pick up the shipment. He never called me or the person who was in possession of the shipment. I called him the next morning and he said he had some problems with an earlier shipment. I said fine but you need to CALL me and let me know. He agreed and said he could get the shipment by Noon. I said call if something comes up. At 11:30 that night I get the cancellation notice by email. He NEVER called me. Poor Communication! Response from beakright: you recieved my phone calls.. i let you know of the problems of the other shipment and we both agreed to have the booked shipment refered (REFER A LOAD) and i did as i said... i would not recomend shipping for this guy as he is not verry truthfull on a binding contract.... sory this didn't work out for you.. beakright
