The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Very poor communication from Solstice world logistics. From day one was a struggle to get a response out of them and after 2 weeks I have not heard from them if they can accommodate my shipment, which at this point it is safe to assume they can not. I will suggest better communication skills for their future business endeavors.

After having a tire blow out at night which often times happen, I come to find out there has been damage to the aluminum metal sheathing of the camper not to consider the destroyed tire fender. I wanted to get further details of how it happened and so on but he responded very aggressively and threatened of taking the camper with him. I tried to wrap my head around how so much damage can happen out of a tire blow out but who knows maybe I am wrong. I strongly recommend anger management therapy

I was a bit skeptical with the reviews I saw of American Connection. I gave the chance to this carrier and they did not disappoint. Rob was very professional and helped out in the entire process from booking to delivery. He was very communicative and willing to resolve any issues such as payment and BOL paperwork like my case. I strongly recommend to anyone thinking on booking with them and especially with Rob. Thanks again

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would give cero stars given the lack of communication, professionalism and commitment in his line of work. Tried reaching out multiple times with no answer. had to get support team involved and even then there wasnt a response from the provider. Would not recommend to anyone.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Very poor communication with CHP. I tried to follow up the day after booking and there was a little bit of an attitude. It took over a week for them to reach back to me and try to accommodate the shipment
