Billy was absolutely superb. He stepped in on a long delivery at the last minute and was enormously helpful, cheery, and professional. He packed up my goods with care and delivered them on time at the other end of the country without any hiccups and great communication throughout. If you're planning on moving, either long or short distances, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider delayed the pickup time the night before pick up was due and then did not show up, did not respond to text messages, telephone calls and answerphone messages or emails. I understand that the service provider had a family appointment but to then not be available by any means of contact and being completely unresponsive has meant that I no longer want this person to transport my belongings.
