Pick up took a little longer than expected as the store was unsure about which wine rack went to who, but all in all was an easy transaction once we got ahold of Mia. Delivery went smooth and customer was very friendly and flexible. Never heard a "peep" out of the wine rack during the entire trip...lol. Thanks Mia and Jack!!

The shipper was wonderful. They packed and loaded the wine table. Even went out of their way to meet the customer. He did say that the table was scratched and had parts missing...but we had witnesses at the warehouse of the whole transaction and according to them the shipper packed the table very well and was not at fault nor do we sell damaged items. The customer was asked to send us pictures of the alleged damage but has not produced any to this day. I will definetly recommend this shipper.

Thanks Mia! I completely rearranged my schedule in order to deliver to him on the exact day he wanted and severely reduced my price for this shipment, but ran 20 minutes over due to traffic. Guess you can't please everybody...lol.
