Sam and her friend (whose name I never got, agh!) were great!! They were on time, kept in touch with me all the way, and delivered my sweet little rescue dog calm, happy and well cared for. They paid attention to all his little habits so I spent less time trying to figure out what made him tick and was able to help him settle in much faster. Excellent service, super trustworthy, I wish they lived in Oregon. THANK YOU BOTH!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The horse owner and I are still working out the details of this transaction and there have been some unforeseen delays while the details get worked out. We have decided to wait and proceed when all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Thank you.

Wonderful shipper. Excellent service, great communication, nice equipment. They kept me informed and my horse showed up happy and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Very poor communication (and it wasn't all due to lack of cell service). My horses arrived without significant injury but this was a very stressful, frustrating move. Shipper never communicated, even when arriving many hours late, at midnight (at my new farm), with a stallion and 3 mares or when they were arriving at 6:30am to pick up horses at my old farm (I'm moving) after telling us to be ready at 4:30am. I could go on but space is limited.

I'm very sorry that you felt disappointed by our service. We tried to accommodate all of your demands; not allowing us to start till almost 24hrs after arriving, accepting a personal check when you were informed we don't, accepting your not affording the full fee, there was plenty of communication but we can't move horses when our customers won't let us.
