Overall, the service was good. The driver showed up at our house this morning, but we didn't have a call in advance, so we had to scramble to get cash for the final payment while he unloaded the car.

Montway wasn't the least expensive, but they did have the best reputation but reviews on U-Ship. I booked on Saturday, and the booking said, "pickup within 5 days." I called on Saturday, as the instructions directed, and left a message. A lady called me back on Saturday, but indicated she was not the right one to set up the booking, and she would have "my colleague" call me back. I received that call back on Monday. Please note we do have a pick up window of 1 to 5 business days from the first available date; customers are made aware prior to accepting our bid: listed on Uship, our website, and email confirmations. I am sorry if at one point that information was not provided to you. Keeping in mind Thursday was a national holiday which may have caused minor pick up delays. Thank you for your feedback.

Pete was fantastic. He communicated clearly, was on time for the pickup and actually early on the delivery. He cared for my vehicle as if it were his own. His rates were reasonable. Others bid slightly less, but I chose him because of the great feedback he had, and he proved himself worthy of every compliment. I highly recommend him to anyone.
