I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Uship this is getting very old and frustrating for me as a shipper. I want to provide good service to my customers. Now a shipment in which the customer listed the wrong dates? This is getting very old from a cancellation side I did the right thing I booked it agreed with the dates outlined now the dates are wrong this shouldnt affect me as a shipper. I have customers saying we dont want to use you you have cancellations this better not count against me if it does you need to rework your system

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider refused to pickup after multiple emails stating that they needed a weekday pickup. The auction stated a Saturday pickup and they agreed on the auction with 1 business day. I worked to get a weekday pickup and then they said they wanted it dropped off on the day they agreed to pickup. The provider is shady!
