The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accurately described the shipment, and the provider did not pick up the shipment on the date promised. After a week of no communication I called and he informed me that he was checking the height of the lift (which was clearly stated int he auction) and he could not take the load for the price he quoted. Nothing changed from the time he bid the load and all details were clearly stated. This was a very shady provider. I am extremely unhappy with this provider and the way he does business. Response from daktransport: We expected this to be a common forklift that sits a few inches off the ground so we can load with a ramped trailer and that the mast would tip forward to make it a legal load. Once the client accepted the bid, we were able to contact the pick up location and get the proper information. Turns out that this is not a common forklift. The mast would make it a permitted load and it sits too low to the ground to load without being forked or hoisted onto our trailer.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This shipment was not picked up in the time promised. The service provider went silent for 4 days. And on the 4th day said he could not take the shipment. I was very happy to pay the storage fees and now have to relist the shipment.

The driver that won the bid called me this morning and said he could not pickup the shipment because the trailer he needed was unavailable.
