It was unclear at first if the multicar carrier could make it on the residential streets for pickup and drop-off from google satellite view, but the driver had no issue making it work, good notice by call and by text when he would arrive, and the same for ahead of delivery so I could have someone ready to receive. Transport was also faster than expected, which was amazing!

Deb and Herb were great! I had a really long move of my bike from CT to SC but they made amazing time and were incredibly accommodating in dropping it off during a time most convenient for me. They had a setup that had my bike well secured and unloaded it without an issue even though my driveway is difficult. I will definitely recommend them to any other bikers that need transport.
