Response from CourierKev: When a run is complete, we contact both collection and delivery to arrange suitable times. Sometimes peoples availability windows are so small it is impossible to pin a collection time to suit both driver and seller. We do our best. Kev.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider told me that he is coming on Wednesday. I was waiting for the delivery. He didn't show up when i called him he said the van he rented break down while coming. He will come later in the evening, but never! I was surprised when i was informed by the supplier that he never went to collect the item. After avoiding to answer the phone, he finally agree that he cannot do the job.
