BAD EXPERIENCE SINCE THE BEGGINING. PICKED UP TWO DAYS LATER, DELIVEDED 5 DAYS LATER. DIDNT TAKE CARE OF THE MOTORCYCLE, LOST THE COMPLETE SEAT ARGUING THAT COULD BE BROKEN AND WAS NOT HIS FAULT.
I WONT RECOMEND AT ALL Response from JShauling4u: I'm sorry that you had a negative experience but as you and I both agreed in the emails you did not handle this situation well at all. We had unforeseen mechanical issues and even covered all fees from copart as a result. As for the seat, we explain to all customers that we must be notified of any broken items. All of our bikes are secured to Harley Davidson standards and we don't strap down seats..so if its broken we must be notified. Unfortunately communication is hard when you are unreachable

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The facility was closed when the driver got there Response from Anthonylograsso: Was told they were open and able to pick up until 5pm, I got there at 4:43and was told pickups in the yard close between 4:00and4:20, I have other shipments and can not be expected to wait another day for free. The shipping customer realized this and requested a cancellation. Not his fault a communication mixup between him and Copart
