Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I sent over the standard shipping agreement and one page billing preferences page which asks the customer for his basic contact information and how he wants to be billed as we offer Net 30 terms to most commercial customers. If he wished to pre-pay only that is OK too. We asked for credit card information to setup prepay for him on this after we booked the load. We now have expenses incurred. I can still do this for him at the same price and move this along.I offered to take info over phone also

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Could never get ahold when I'd call got a text two he never called the guy for a pick up time or date now is pushing delivery date back before even talking to the party for picking up.piss poor service

First of all, several attempts were made to contact at the pick up point. This was an auction. The buyer here gave the wrong telephone number for me to call the seller. Once I did talk to a third-party who somehow got involved, he informed me that that number was incorrect. He also informed me that this very large piece of equipment was in operable. When asked about how to get it on the trailer, I was told they would push it up on the trailer with the bulldozer. Sounds shady to me. I was not omf
