The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This customer books freight with us at 2:00 pm. He goes on Google to look up our company, finds nothing and determines that is a valid reason not to do business. The reason why he finds nothing? we are a newer brokerage! We don't answer phones? we communicated with this customer as soon as he booked, he sent us an email of pickup and delivery information right after. We have business hours, the best way to get a hold of us is by emailing after hours which the customer never did.
