The driver, Israel has terrific customer service, very professional and friendly. I shipped a very expensive piece of furniture and it was well taken care of, delivered on time. I will use the service of this company again and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time For several days I have been calling the driver that was supposed to pick up my shipment. I have also sent texts messages and email but no response. I called uship to report the problem and nobody picked up the phone on Monday because of :maintenance issues". I am very disappointed with the service I have received from the person that made a bid on my shipment. I need a refund immediately to be able to post. THIS WAS A TIME SENSITIVE PICK UP AND THE DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DATE OF THE PI
