The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer didn’t seem to know anything about the shipment, including the pick up location’s phone number or hours of operations. I arrived to pick up the items and no one was there. Customer then decided he didn’t want the items. Please cancel and make note that this cancellation was completely out of my control.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Cameron, You might want to tell the truth.
Communication was PERFECT. Your pickup location closed for holiday break for two weeks and truck had to go past enroute to Florida. Its not our issue that your location was closed. We emailed and called this person.....Very poor customer, disappears for Days...would advise anyone dealing with this person to rethink their decision to work with them....F----- Response from Cameron N.: Assitant contacted you various times before they were closing you took about 3 days to respond back to let us know how do we move foward when assitant asked you via text message there was no response he tried calling multiple times no answer just text message and 1 email dec 15 dec 16 you were contacted via text please don't lie I was ready to cancel since christies closed you not responding delayed me.
