A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While I was unloading my trailer at an auction and phone was in the truck. Customer attempted to contact me several times. When I wasn't available began sending Messages threatening to cancel if I didn't call him back by a certain time . I was unavailable to take a call at that time As I was taking care of another customer. Will not tolerate nor will I accept being spoken to this way therefore have cancel the shipment. Also ask that uship removes it from my profile

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was booked for 2 weeks and pickup still hasn't happened.

Shipper forgot about this little thing called a hurricane that hit the whole East Coast backing everything up for several days. His answer was sending text Messages Belligerent comments.
