A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Placed the bid to pickup before the 3rd, called customer after they booked and advised that I might need to deploy before the 3rd. Thats the reason for the before option on a bid, so the pickup window remains flexible and hopefully it comes together. Everytime you cancel a customer its not a good feeling, but Im going to make a business decision not to put this hard earned Sanger into harms way during daytime and rush hour traffic. I also appreciate the opportunity, good luck and safe travels

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This truck does not support towing the weight of this boat. Shipper shouldn't have bid on it.

I recently took a boat exactly like this for this customer. At the time I declined a second boat due to something funky with my truck, I have since fixed everything. I hauled the last boat for them using my bumper. I have since fixed my hitch in order to use it, my hitch is rated at 5000 pounds. Customer did not even contact me before cancelling this shipment and did not respond to 3 attempts from uship to contact them about this.
