Great transaction. All went well with the exception I took longer than anticipated to deliver the trailer. I was unsure about the tires and bearings, thus drove a little slower and made more stops to check. However, the customer was waiting upon my arrival. He was wonderful to deal with providing me clear instructions and paying as agreed upon and in full with no reservations. Would be happy to work for him again. Wonderful gentleman.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer is not willing to make proper arangements with the person he is getting the trailer from. also the third party is not going to be town and I am not comfortable with the plans being made concerning this trailer. The customer seems like he really doesn't care if the trailer gets there. With the price of fuel now I would not do a pick up and delivery if I am not sure the pick up and delivery person was in place to my satisfaction.

No problems whatsoever. There was full cooperation and communication and everything took place as anticipated and planned.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This service provider rescheduled pickup three times. He was provided the exact pickup address and the contact information. Both parties responded immediately to his inquiries. I believe he is trying to void a contract he thinks he bid too cheap. This sort of behavior detracts from your reputation.

This customer had poor communication through this whole process. The first time I tried to make contact there was no response. I treid by phone twice leaving 2 messages and by email. I tried to contact the customer on a Monday to schedule a friday pick up and delivery. The customer did not call back until friday evening, 5 days later. At this point his pick had to be rescheduled. After this his only response was that I had to contact the person that had the trailer because he had no address info
