Although our furniture piece arrived on time it was damaged during shipment. We had the piece repaired and the shipper agreed to pay the cost that was well below the insured amount. We never received payment for damages, made numerous attempts to contact shipper who insisted that the payment was "on the way". If the shipper ever pays for the damages I will amend this review accordingly. At this point I would not use the shipper or recommend them.

Ken and Darlene did a good job. Table and chairs arrived in great shape and were carefully wrapped and packed.
I would use them again.
Only negative is that they can sometimes be difficult to contact due to cell coverage etc. Response from darlenegrekian: Sorry about the phone service we were traveling threw west texas and new mexico then back to texas about 3 days of bad phone service, I guess T mobile needs to improve there service in a land were nobody lives.
