This was the biggest crew I ever came across for pick-up of this piano. There were at least 6 people there to help. I wish I had this much help everytime. :) There was less people at the drop-off location, butit all went well. It was good to finally meet Suzanne and to challenge her to learn to play Claire De Lune the next time I come to Austin. I hope I can help out Suzanne with any future shipments she may have. :)

The shipper, Scott, was very communicative and professional. I really enjoyed this entire process. He delivered earlier than expected and also delivered late in the evening to accommodate our schedules. He knew exactly how to transport, load, and move the piano and was very competent. He is friendly too. I'm so glad I finally got my piano transported and I'm glad I took the time to select the right shipper, which was this one after many bids came in. Thanks, Scott.

Crown Royal are really lovely movers. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. Every email and phone call was responded to immediately and thoroughly. Even though I packed more than I had estimated, it was no problem. The shipment arrived right on time and the drivers called in advance. Thank you for safely moving all of my things.
