The pickup conditions were challenging. Sid was accessible and responsive. He was also very very patient and nice to explain various aspects of the process, given this was the first time I had used UShip.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mike was very nice and did his best. However, during his travel for a prior commitment, he advised me that he was not feeling well. For safety reasons, we agreed that he should not attempt the trip. we agreed that I would try to find a different solution. If I could find a different solution, we agreed we would cancel. If I could not find a different solution, we might try to reschedule next time he was in NH.
