The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The pickup needs two men but it was listed 100lbs in the bid. Means one man can handle it but in actuality is not possible.

These people were awesome. They were really fast, friendly, and handled my item as if it were fine china. I would definatley recommend them as well as use them again. Thank you very much for doing such a great job. I love my item.

I highly recommend Ray. Great communicator. Times were exact as promise. Pleasant to deal with and took great care with my item to make sure it was properly handled. I would use him again in a hearbeat and his customer service is excellent. Thank you Ray,you made my day.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Bad communication. The guy sent a 62 yr old 5'2 frail man with a limp late at night to pick up my item . He pulled the marble top off and started dragging the item on the sellers marble floor. She told him to get a dolly. IT wasnt even an appliance dolly. He brings it down with no straps.She told him he needed straps. He went and got one bungie cord. He couldnt put it on the dolly he had as he was too frail.. so he left. Shipper didnt return calls for 2 days thereafter and wanted more money.

The weight was falsified, is far above 100 pounds as stated in the shipment specification.It worth all the time to give right specification to enable us to send the right number of persons.No service man will send two people just to lift up 100 lbs. Please we need the right details to save you and us the time and money.

William is absolutely fabulous,came in below everyone else,called to tell me if I was aware of condition and very conscientious. He was fast,trustworthy,and wants to do the best job he can for you . This shipper is a dream,works with your schedule,takes care of everything for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Would use them in a heartbeat again and you should too. VERY VERY PLEASED.
