Beautiful bike! Bill Souhrada was a pleasure to work with. Push-in nut on left rear side panel popped off during unload. Mr. Sourada put it in his pocket and said he would give it to his brother.

On-time pickup and good communication along the way. Jeff had a trailer issue so the delivery had to be rescheduled a day later, but again communication to the receiver and myself happened so both parties were happy.

Little to no communication with driver to myself. Once they did call me they said they were 2hrs away. 5min later they call and say 45min away. For having GPS a time frame should of been approximated much better. All of us have cell phones. A simple call or text would of helped the situation for bad neutral to positive.
