Marlon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Marlon answered his cell phone each and every time I called him during the whole shipping process and responded very professionally in giving me very accurate information regarding my shipment for a very heavy and valuable Italian Edra Pack sofa going from Palm Springs, CA to Rohester, NY. I believe the sofa had only one transfer if any prior to arriving safely within the agreed 2 weeks time. I will definately work with Uship and Marlon again.

Working with Jaime at SERNA LOGISTICS was great. He is extremely professional and loves what he does. He took pride in offering me the best experience with my shipping needs. He shipped large paneled artwork and a new luxury Italian desk. Jaime took the time to fully inspect and pad the 8 boxes at pickup in Arizona and took very detailed photos pointing out any questionable issues related to the seller. Jaime also took the time to carefully deliver into my home. He is my shipper going forward.
