A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment arrived at the UPS facility on NW 74 street Miami at 11:17 am. My driver was turned away by the security guard at the gate. Drop off time for dock drop off clearly posted Shows dock drop offs or pickups up to 11:30 am. I have shipped with UPS Freight on other occasions and terminal drop off at this location has always been 11:30 am. It is unreasonable for me to have my driver return at 5 pm. for a dock drop off. call me directly with any questions Matt (
