A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i did leave to colect the vehicle but my timeing bely snapped and so left me broken down and could not colect the vehicle in the set time or pay the relaese fee from monster hog as the logstics were left after the 7 day free storeage so i would have to pay the 50 fee out of my own pocket which i can not do i tryed really hard to explain but the lady would not lket me speak and sais after her (rant) she did not want to speak to me we are in england not africa may be it is the done thing to be rud

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider contacted me, demanded payment and that was the last i heard from him until he came up with some unverifiable stories, all his phones where switched off after the deposit was paid, fortunately he had contacted me with his partners phone, which eventually became the only of getting across to him.He said 3 tyres had blast in Wrexham. His enclosed message...hi we collect your vehicle as and when you wish but do want payment before delivery sorry to seem so mean but its the few

ok well there we go there rude what the hell am i ment to do put it on my back and carry it bollacks and yes i asked for half the fee as i have not been paid before by nice people so yes i do ask for half up front hay you dont go shopping then pay for it after you have eat it ah try getting your vehicle moved for thr price i was offering shit happens as the yanks say
