Paid for lift gate..did not get one. They would NOT return my calls after they received my money! Items arrived at customer damaged. Driver noted it on the invoice. Have now been fighting for 6 mo. to get them to cover the damage(that I paid extra for insurance). They told me twice they sent the check that the customer never received. Will not return ANY phone calls!!
