The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped dear sir,
first of all we really appologise for the inconvenience , Actually driver has got an accidental issue with his trailer that's why he could'nt showed up on time but tried his level best to do unfortunately being a transporter we have to take care for the driver as well that's why we have to face issue this time.. we tried our best in future to avoid this circumstances and will pick up and delivered the on time for sure. i hope you can understand we really appreaciate for that

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Agreed to pickup vehicle on 9/3. Starting at 8:30 AM told transport was on the way. Had people drive to vehicle to unlock gate. Waited two hours no one showed. People went home I went back to hotel. Got a call 11:30. Was told transport was on the way, be there in about an hour and a half. Called people to drive back to unlock gate and I left from hotel. Waited two and a half hours, no one showed up. People went home I went back to hotel. Same thing happened one more time. Got a call at 6:30 sayi

Highly recommended. Gave me a great price. Answered all my questions quickly. I had to be at the pickup location before him so he gave me his cell phone number to keep in contact along the way which helped me out. Delivered quickly and called one hour before he arrived. Couldn't have gone any better. I'm keeping his phone number in case I need him again, was that good.
