First truck onsite to load but was too late in the day for permits. A minor hiccup at onset due to published dimensions being off, then a week-long delay due to oversized travel restrictions between Christmas and New Years. Second truck was under the load Jan 2. Josh actually did post the correct dims which is rare and surprised me and the first driver. He's thorough and I'd work with him again for sure.

After a few bumps, Rick has proven to be a stand up guy. I am always leary of freight brokers as they don't have tight control of the fleet of trucks they contract. There was a problem with the first attempt to pickup. The truck arrived to finding an over-width load (indicated in listing) and passed. It took some legwork but Rick assured me that he'd have it handled and sure enough, he did!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment got delayed and dragged out beyond limits. Had to find an alternate company to move the equipment on time.

Punctual. Picked up within minutes of 30 minute window and same on delivery. Coordination and communication were first rate. I sincerly hope that others looking for an accountable service provider choose Adam. He is a solo operator and benefits from his merits.
