The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was supposed to be picked up on a Monday but was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The person shipping the item waited at the given address for THREE (3) HOURS then the dispatch couldn’t get ahold of the driver. Both me the receiver and the sender contacted the same person on dispatch and she said they weren’t coming. The sender had to take off work TWO (2) days in a row from work so he’s out money and time and here I am still waiting for my shipment.

Tyler is extremely nice and takes care of his animals theirs no crates or anything he treats them as they were his animals. I would and will use him again definitely recommend him to others!
