The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time John agreed to pick up vehicle last Tuesday or Wednesday but did not. Then said Wednesday but did not. Tried to reach him Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and left messages. He has not contacted me back or the vehicle owner and caused confusion and delay for us both. I do not trust that he will deliver the vehicle to me on time or at all. I prefer not to work with this service provider any longer.

I left messages on your phone 4 different times indicating to you that I was in NM broke down and could not move your vehicle. I did not cause you problems or confusion. I simply told you I could not make the trip as my truck was broke down.
