jay was a nice fella but he didn't tell us he was going to catch a free ride with us until after the bid was accepted.that should have been at least another $100.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Real nice person. Customer listed pickup date of 5/16 to 5/17, but after speaking with him, the only time is 7a.m to 11 a.m on 5/17 only while other dorm residents are leaving. I realized after speaking with him that I can't realistically do the pickup within that little of a time window.

Jay was very conscientious to the needs of the TSP but is not a professional shipper so there were some glitches involving number of items, equipment needed and time frames. Even with these minor discrepancies I would not hesitate to haul for him again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the date of 17th was mutually agreed upon through the phone conversation during which I explained that ideally I'd like to have the shippment done on the 17th and the provider was happy to acommodate. Had he explained that he absolutely must do the 16th then I would have agreed to that.
The phone conversation took place yesterday afternoon. The provider only attempted to cancel this morning around 8am. I left a voice mail on his phone this morning right after I saw his cancellation request an Response from glenandcindy: Shipper was not available till after 10 p.m to pickup on the 16th and had to have everything out buy 11 a.m the morning of the 17th. The listing read pickup on either the 16th or the 17th, not a 12 hour window within those days. Also, this shipper uses two user names on uship, and has had the same issue with another provider. I suggested he relist and state specifically the available times on each day. I thought that was the end of this.
