UNJUSTIFIED CRITICISM! CUSTOMER WAS 3 DAYS LATE ON PAYMENT AND DELIVERY DATES HAD TO BE CHANGED TO SUIT HIM! EXPECTED TRAILER/TRUCK TO GO DOWN IMPASSABLE AREA OF TREES. ALMOST ARRESTED DUE TO DELIVERY CHANGES MADE AT LAST MINUTE! OFFERED TO RETURN WITH NON uSHIP LOAD AS A FAVOR AND SPENT 3 MORE DAYS OF DEALING WITH A HORNET'S NEST (JOE). I DID NOT TRUST CUSTOMER THUS THE PAPERWORK SIGNING. ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF HELPING THIS CUSTOMER TO RUN THE OTHER WAY, NO MONEY IS WORTH THE PAIN OF JOE

The worst experience of anything I've ever shipped. Shipper made me sign off on all the inspection paperwork before he would remove the vehicle from the trailer. I felt he was rude and made unrealistic requests. He was more concerned about his truck and trailer than my vehicle. This shipper had completed one other ship and I was unfortunately number 2...

Holy Toledo !!!!!! Eddie did an awesome job taking my daughters "STUFF" from toledo to brooklynn to start college....he was on time and couldnt have been nicer..this is the shipper you want...even if its a few dollars more...a "10 out of 10" Thanks Eddie
