There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We get a truck book for the shipper and he never answer, the driver was sitting on there and he never confirm that the load was paid. We request a truck not use for $150.00, when we told the shipper about it. He never answer the phone and email, we was calling him multiple times and email him, no answer from him. Thanks

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have reached out to coordinate shipment but have not heard from shipper in over a week. Instructions were not followed for pickup and shipper was unable to login to uship to coordinate or correspond.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper requested via phone payment made outside Uship and required the execution of an outside agreement for which the terms were changed and unagreeable. I've shipped many items over the past 5+ years on Uship and have never had to complete an outside agreement nor pay outside Uship. For these reasons I was uncomfortable with the items being shipped safely and to my liking.
