This driver delivered a puppy from me - the breeder in PA - to a buyer in Long Island NY. Was several hours late on pickup and delivery. Puppy needed delivery on and exact day and time. When shipment was booked driver confirmed time and then day of pickup, would not answer phone. Didn't not keep his word and was 3 hrs late and hard to get a hold of. Not professional, didnt keep his word on timing.

Shipped my 8 week old beagle puppy from Pa to a buyer in Maine. The transporter left the puppy play with and interact with other pets, Puppy arrived with a cough and had to be taken to the vet. I understand if the drive isnt a straight delivery due to other stops, however an 8 week old puppy should have limited contact with other dogs ESPECIALLY with the added stress of a 9 hr trip turned into over a 24 hr trip. Driver was late on pickup and very late on delivery.

I apologize that you think your pup wasn’t properly cared for, within 2 hrs of picking your pup up she had diarrhea all in her crate & I stopped rented a hotel room just to bathe her & clean her kennel, I thought it was just her nerves about the trip but now I wonder was she just getting sick. I’ve had NO negative reviews or complaints & your customer has me picking up another pup this week for her. Sorry you weren’t pleased! I sat the delivery time with her & she was fine with it!

My dog was delivered safely, and they kept me updated. I am posting neutral feedback because the shipper turned a 6 hr drive into a 24 hr car ride for my dog. I understand multiple stops, but this was a little on the long side. Will most likely use a different shipper the next time.

a normal 6 hour drive does take longer when stopping every 3 hours to tend to the pets. The Beagle was picked up roughly around 6 pm on the 10th. Stops to sleep around 9 pm and gets back on the road at 8 am after caring for the pets. She had 4 other stops along the way and was dealing with it snowing which always makes for a longer driver. Delivery roughly 6 pm on the 11th. We can not predict severe weather or major traffic coming up I-95 which was very heavy. updates was given along the way.

Ralph is a great guy to deal with. Delivered my puppy promptly, kept me updated, and brought her papers along! Would recommend him!!!
