After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The job was quoted for 12/20. The customer hadn’t accepted our bid until after 12/20. When I spoke with him on the phone a few days after receiving the job, I was trying to work him into our schedule for the coming week. He quickly became argumentative and started cussing at me. As a female truck driver, I will not do work for any man who feels the need to yell and cuss at me. That’s my right! Best of luck to you sir!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The contracted shipper accepted the contract on 12/20/21. I did not here from them for several days and when I called them on 12/27/21 they assured me the pick-up would be made in the next "2-3 days". After not hearing from them I tried to call them on 1/30/21 and after leaving 2 messages on their cell phone I texted them for an update. They responded by saying they did not have the proper equipment for transporting my shipment and canceled the booking via text. I would not recommend them for an

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I was not able to get in touch with the shipper after an initial phone call I made to him. He stated his truck was broken and that he did not know when it would be fixed. After that I tried to contact him again and the voicemail was full. This process went on for about 12 days. I needed my truck to be removed from where I purchased it so I went on ushop again, found a shipper and contracted him to do the job. The shipper I had to use cost me 50% more which I am not happy about.

Steve was great at "filling in" for a transporter that accepted my initial bid and ghosted any form of contact. He was prompt in picking up the vehicle & communicated well regarding the delivery set-up.
