Very professional courier. The best so far in my UShip experience. Neat, prompt, nice truck and enclosed trailer with great communication. They were very careful with my vintage bass. This is our second delivery using with Bob. Everything went smoothly. He provides a good service at a good price with great communication. He promptly returns all our e-mails and phone calls and the live GPS tracking is very reassuring. We hope to use his services again in the future.

RedDog is top dog in my book!!! Jim and Sue are great to work with. They were friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. Jim came to our rescue when the previous shipper backed out and left us hanging at the last minute. With in one hour of re-listing on U-ship Jim replied as a “book it now” for the same price and was on our door step the next day…fabulous service. I would use their services in the future without hesitation. Thank you!!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The courier was not prepared with cash as the agreed upon terms for the pick up the item being sold and shipping. The seller was very clear they wanted cash upon pick up. Courier was not prepared, so pick up and shipping could not be completed as agreed upon. Simple oversight, I need to cancel and find another courier who can accommodate this requirement.

WE were not charging anything extra to jump through all of shippers requests.She wanted us to front the money instead of paying for the item first.The seller of the Bass is a real ______ ,and didn't want to work with us either in resolving him getting paid.Probably the most snooty and unreasonable guy I have talked to this year.A total waste of everyone's time and energy.I should have cancelled a long time ago.Beware!

Great Job! Tom promised to get me this snow blower in the middle of two back to back snow storms and his drivers John & John did it! Driving through 9” inches of snow to deliver in the wee hours of the morning. We would definitely use this service again. We had delivery with in four hours of pick for a reasonable price. Thank you and thank John & John for their friendly and helpful services.
