The treadmill was not delivered on the scheduled date in the bid and there were some other scheduling difficulties, but both Ted and Jeff were always courteous and made sure the treadmill was delivered before Christmas. Ted also made an extra effort to disassemble the treadmill to get it down to my basement-much appreciated. Packing the treadmill for transit could have been a bit better to keep it from getting nicked and scratched, but the damage appears to be relatively minor. Thank you!
