A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was unable to give me a reasonable amount of time to get down to her place to be on time for this shipment. She nor I ever communicated about a set time on Uship's Questions and once accepted I was told the day of pickup, that I was supposed to be there at 5am. However, like I said there was never a set time spoken about, and she nor I could reach eachother over the phone until the day of the move. I tried to accomadate her in another way, for the next day (since once we spoke it was

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I emailed the service provider upon acceptance of the bid. I left multiple voicemail, email and text messages on the days leading up to and including the scheduled shipping date. I didn't hear from the service provider at all until 12:30pm of the scheduled shipping date. He indicated that he was no longer sure he could make it to my location that day but could possibly make it the next day. I advised him that wasn't satisfactory as he did not communicate this change in a timely manner.
