The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer added almost 4000lbs of equipment to the shipment that was not listed in the posting. There were 2 snow plows, 3 large salt spreaders, and 2 water pumps. As a result, the shipment was over-weight for my trailer. Since he did not want to separate the items that had been left by the other service provider from this truck shipment, we are unable to service it. The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Response from LakeNormanTransport: The weight listed for the truck was not accurate.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I have been waiting for the pickup of these items for over two weeks and no attemp has been made to pick up either loader. Yesterday I recieved an e-mail requesting an additional $3,000 to complete the transaction. I have recieved a lot of lip service but nothing has been done to complete the shipment. Not intrested in dealing with this shipper. Response from RJTHeavyHaul: The client is absolutely correct, I didn't get a single call from one of my drivers our carriers, except for one rediculous driver. I agread to the cancellation, because it was only fair to him.
