A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I WAS IN THE AREA OF PICK UP THE DAY INDICATED IN THE RESERVE, SO THEY NEEDED wait another day and I did BUT THE TUB WAS NOT READY STILL . IN LISTING HE INDICATED THAT was ready on 9th.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller did not have the hot tub disconnected in time for pickup as he had to hire an electrician who could not get there and perform the work before the shipper was planning to pick up. Shipper is not available for another 10 days and needs help loading which seller may not be able to provide since seller works during the week.

Overall a good experience, carrier ran a little late but provided updates. I failed to mention the 8 steps to my front door, as such, the carrier told me my contract include <=4 so my son & I moved most pieces off the truck and into the house. The carrier did help with a few pieces but left the heavy armoire for my son and I. When my son was having trouble the carrier stepped up and took over for him. Items were packed well and condition was noted at pickup. Would use again!

Best shipping experience ever. Loaded on time, delivered sooner than expected. The shipper helped me ensure the seller would deliver the goods as this was an on line transaction. Can't say enough about his professionalism and willingness to help. Will use again and will be my first choice over the big shipping companies.
